Long, long, ago (about 29 years) in a state far, far, away (about 1,000 miles), in a tiny town called Elizabeth, in the state of New Jersey, a boy was brought into this world... and, boy did his mother NEVER let him forget that. "You sprang from these loins..." EWWWW. (Yeah, try getting THAT picture out of your head.)
Strengths: Able to leap tall anthills in a single bound. Invincible when wearing any kind of spandex.
Weaknesses: Guys in spandex. Big weakness. Guys wearing spandex can easily hypnotize Cap. Well, okay, it's not really hypnosis, but he'll do whatever you want him to.
Special Skills: Able to change spandex outfits in record times.
Weapons: I can't say that here. =)
